Part I: The Origin of AIFC

37. Agent-Actionable Standard

1 min read

After defining principles, governance, security, company models and compliance, AIFC reached its final structural insight:

The standard itself should not remain trapped in prose.

It should be:

human-readable
agent-actionable
software-verifiable

This means:

  • humans understand the meaning,
  • agents know what to do,
  • software can validate some rules.

For every important concept, AIFC should eventually provide:

  • human explanation,
  • schema,
  • template,
  • validation rule,
  • agent skill,
  • human skill,
  • workflow,
  • example,
  • test case.

This makes the standard operational.

AIFC becomes not only a document, but a system for creating systems.

The principle:

Write principles for humans. Write instructions for agents. Write rules for software. Keep responsibility with the community.
