After the community model matured, the company could be redefined.

A company is not only:

• a legal entity,
• an org chart,
• a tool landscape,
• a strategy deck,
• a set of processes,
• a group of employees.

A company is a purpose-driven operating system.

It has:

• values,
• purpose,
• strategy,
• current state,
• desired state,
• path,
• work,
• support,
• maintenance,
• learning,
• decisions,
• source of truth,
• interfaces,
• AI governance,
• security,
• feedback,
• capabilities,
• human skills,
• AI skills.

This became Company as a System.

The key principle:

A company should be readable, governable and improvable as a system.

AI-first company does not mean a company where AI does everything.

It means a company whose knowledge and operating model are structured well enough that AI can safely accelerate work while humans retain responsibility.
