Communities degrade.
Maintenance is not secondary work.
It is care.
AIFC therefore treats maintenance as a first-class work type.
A community must not only change.
It must maintain itself.
This applies to:
- knowledge,
- values,
- interfaces,
- source of truth,
- skills,
- AI rules,
- security,
- relationships,
- strategy,
- human capability.
AIFC is not only about acceleration.
It is about sustainable acceleration.
