If a company can be a product, AI can help generate companies as systems.

This led to Company Generation.

AI can help:

  • discover market gaps,
  • analyze opportunities,
  • propose purpose,
  • draft values,
  • define customer model,
  • design product or service,
  • generate operating model,
  • create workflows,
  • create source of truth,
  • propose agents,
  • define governance,
  • define security,
  • prepare launch package.

This inverted the traditional founding path.

Traditional company founding often goes:

idea

website
↓
first customers
↓
chaos
↓
tools
↓
late documentation
↓
late governance

AIFC company generation suggests:

opportunity
↓
purpose
↓
values
↓
operating model
↓
source of truth
↓
governance
↓
security
↓
human and AI capability
↓
launch

But the boundary remained clear:

AI may generate the company system. Humans must own the company purpose. Communities must own the responsibility.

Without that boundary, company generation becomes dangerous.
