27. Source of Truth as Community Memory

At this stage, the source of truth became much more than saved chat context.

It became the community’s memory.

It stores:

• purpose,
• values,
• strategy,
• decisions,
• workflows,
• roles,
• skills,
• AI rules,
• feedback,
• risks,
• interfaces,
• compliance,
• security,
• learning.

This led to a key distinction:

Source of truth = memory
Operational DNA = critical capability
Human Cockpit Layer = human-operable interface
AI agents = accelerators over governed memory

The source of truth is not an archive.

It is a living operating structure.

This was a major step toward AIFC as a standard.
