Part I: The Origin of AIFC

22. AI Retrospective and System Learning

1 min read

If AI is used significantly, the community should learn from AI use.

This led to AI Retrospective.

AI Retrospective asks:

  • Where did AI help?
  • Where did AI waste capacity?
  • Where did AI create dependency?
  • Where did AI produce risk?
  • What should become a workflow?
  • What should become a skill?
  • What should become a template?
  • What should be done without AI?
  • What should be added to source of truth?
  • What should be reviewed by humans?

This created another major AIFC principle:

Every significant AI use should teach the community something about its work, knowledge, risks and capabilities.

AI use should not disappear after output delivery.

It should improve the system.
